If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased in store or wish to exchange it, you may return it only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:
Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
Returns made after 15 days but before 30 days are entitled to a store credit.
Items must be without any signs of wear and in pristine condition.
Returned item(s) are in their original packaging including all paperwork, certificates, receipts, and tags intact.
All special order sales and sale items are final sale, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by the customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer.
Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.

All orders are subject to merchandise being held in stock. All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer.
- Orders will be shipped overnight as soon as available. If we have the item readily in stock and there is no ring sizing, custom engraving or back orders on the item we will send out the item same day.
- If an item needs to be sized, modified, customized or received from a back order please allow up to 5 business days before we can ship out, at which time we will process the order overnight. Should there be any delays / back order you will receive an email from a member of our team.
We are happy to ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country in which we ship.
